1. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
✅ The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
✅ You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
✅ The request must be submitted via email to suppor@cartfyre.com with proof of purchase.
✅ If a customer accidentally purchases the same ebook more than once in a single order, they can request a refund for the extra copies within 7 days by contacting us at suppor@cartfyre.com. However, once the ebook is downloaded, refunds for duplicate orders will not be processed.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
❌ Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
❌ If you have already downloaded and accessed the ebook.
❌ Refunds requested due to change of mind or lack of interest.
❌ Bulk purchases or discounted bundle offers.
❌ Violation of our Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized sharing of ebooks.
3. Refund Process

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban future purchases from our store. We encourage customers to reach out for assistance before initiating a dispute.
